You can see the sun reflecting off the gun near the driver's head in the still above. If you look closely in the video you can see the criminal driver flash the gun. The criminals were caught minutes later because my neighbors reported the make and model of the car to the Police.

Gang activity Downtown
Picture #1 - Ugly house on Hollywood Ave., one block east of Linwood. Until recently the vacant lot next door was full of abandoned vehicles. There are still abandoned vehicles on the lot from many years ago. The yard is littered with broken furniture and garbage. This house is on a major thoroughfare. It needs some corrective attention.
Picture #2 - A few short blocks East of the house in Picture #1 is a liquor/grocery store. Its seems that our city ordinances do not apply to this business. The streets surrounding this liquor store are a prime example of the poor attitude our city has toward its appearance.
Picture #3 - A few short blocks from the liquor store in Picture #2 is another liquor store directly across the street from a Caddo Library, School, and Church. I pass this corner frequently (Hollywood and Union) and there is often the smell of Marijuana in the air.
