Click to hear - 12/28/2007 - Today I was moving stuff in my driveway and my neighbor, Richard King Deason, at 5327 Kent Ave., Shreveport, LA, threatened and harassed me. I caught the last of his drunken tirade on my PDA. This is an ongoing thing with him and his family. He and his threats and harassment are the source of much trouble for me.
I was going to the Bank and stopped behind a car (seen below) with the obviously illegal modification to its tail lights. What disturbed me was the message the modification conveyed.
Is this message free speech protected by the Constitution, or is it a racist, self-deprecating profanity? National Organizations collect money to protest similar expressions aimed at their constituents. What might these organization do to clean up trash like this pandered by its constituents? Will the Police ticket this driver for illegally modifying his brake lights?

Click to view 5.4 Megs 02/19/2007 - This video was captured near my neighborhood. I need only go a short distance from my home to witness numerous Code violations, derelict people, and blighted urban landscapes. Among the violations:
1. Illegal pole sign mounted over the sidewalk and street (on a major street)
2. Illegal advertisement on a telephone pole (on a major street)
3. Refuse and trash littering several properties in the same neighborhood (in close proximity to Churches on a major street)
4. A derelict man hanging out next to a liquor store (on a major street)
5. Illegal Tobacco Signs and other Signs illegally covering a Liquor Store (on a major street)
6. Abandoned buildings surrounded by broken down fences with barbed wire (on a major street)

Beside the Liquor Store that is covered with Illegal Signs is this Abandoned Building with a broken down fence around the building with barbed wire. Drug users may be seen using this building for their liaisons. Notice the poor condition of the Pole sign. Hollywood Ave.
Click to view 655 KB 02/19/2007 - No Audio - This video was captured as a neighbor drove their car through the Stop Sign in front of my house. This neighbor does this frequently. They had the instinct to put on the brakes and slow from 60 MPH to 40 MPH as they went through the intersection.

Notice the neighborhood resident jump out the way to prevent being run over by the reckless driver. It is true the pedestrian should not have been in the street in that position, nor should the driver of the car been so derelict, disregarding safe operation of a motor vehicle when running the stop sign at 40 MPH.

In the mid-1980s, I participated in war games on Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base with hundreds firing light and heavy weapons, that is nothing compared to this night both in the number of rounds discharged and the fact that this gunfire is occurring in densely populated urban neighborhoods. The number and density of live fire is truly remarkable, with thousands of rounds being discharged many of which are being fired just yards from my house. This video is approximately 48 minutes long. If you watch closely, you will see some of the neighbors and passing vehicles fire their weapons. The best is in the middle where a continuous stream of light weapons fire is heard, near the time when the clock passes 12:00 AM to the New Year.
This chart shows the speeders, their speed over the limit (26MPH) and the time it occurred, recorded on a recent Sunday afternoon and early evening. RADARPC http://www.radarpc.net/ may be configured to only record the speeders and their times. From just before 5:00 PM and just after 7:00 PM, 45 speeders where recorded going from 26 MPH to 42 MPH. This method is very reliable and infallible.
Click to view 12.6 Megs 12/30/2006 - This is a disturbing view of Children on their new Christmas Bicycles. They obviously have no supervision or training from their parents or teachers on how to operate them safety. I experience quit often children in my neighborhood engaging in "Driveway Surfing," crossing perpendicularly in front of me in potentially deadly maneuvers. I tested them by driving repeatedly up and down my street, the same children performed the same maneuver in front of my vehicle like they were playing a dare devil game. The best is at the end.
Click to view 47 Megs 11/26/2006 - Tonight I am forced to endure a long parade of booming stereos streaming passed my house, Verbal harassment, and more rock throwing. I came outside with my Camcorder because of the booming stereo from the car seen below. The women cursed me and there was a domestic dispute going directly across the street. The women called me a terrorist.
Last night one of the officers who responded to my complaint of my property being vandalized told me that a person can stand in front of my house (and walk by) as much as they want, that it is perfectly legal. I was not going to explain the facts to the officers who were obviously ignorant of the long-term situation here and displayed “Chip on their shoulder” attitude toward this insidious problem.
This person, Lacalvin Williams of 5205 Kent Ave, Shreveport, LA, has shot at me twice, witnessed by me twice molesting a 13 year old girl, witnessed and video taped smoking marijuana with children, was assisting with assaults on me which was tried and found guilty in court, arrested for throwing rocks, and never mind the numerous cursing incidents by him of me in front of my house. This is a abbreviated laundry list of the many and varied crimes I have endured from this cretin. Lacalvin is a scourge on my neighborhood and is STALKING ME.
While I was writing this message, several cars went by with booming stereos, a violent domestic dispute was going on across the street that I could hear inside my house, when I went outside to see what was the disturbance passers by cursed me using illegal profanity and racist language. Then a group, led by Lacalvin, went by twice throwing rocks, yelling profanity, and threatening violence toward me and my property, seen above. I called for a district supervisor, showed her the video and nothing was done. She mentioned in response to the video, there are complaints against me for the motorcycle; more lies. I am wading in Crapulence coming from those who “Tolerate Crime.” The obvious response from the Criminals when they are caught committing crimes is to accuse the accuser. This has happened to me over and over again. By not responding to these crimes just encourages them. This has been going on for years, as though it is normal.
I am trying to survive and do business in this town and this situation is making it impossible. The irresolvable stress from lack of suppoert from the system is intolerable.

Click to view 6 Megs 10/16/2003 - Today the young Gangster Lacalvin Williams (residing at 5205 Kent Ave. with the Sociopath Jarrett Bryant seen below) met with some of his homeboys today at the intersection of Kent Ave and Morningside to smoke Marijuana. Some of these young Blacks are under aged. They are seen here wearing their school uniforms. A close up of Calvin is seen on the right side of this split photo. You can see him on the left side in the blue shirt. Since Calvin is an Adult, does this mean he is committing a Felony by sharing Marijuana with minor children?
In this video you see Lacalvin take a puff from the Marijuana. Also notice the youth point at me as though he was firing a weapon. I just wish I had turned the camer on earlier where Lacalvin was passing the joint around.

This car drives through the neighborhood at 50 MPH honking horn and playing loud obscene music containing the N word, the F word, and the MF words. This music is so loud it can be heard more than 1000 feet away. Second Scene is two teen Black Males walking by my house two hours after curfew yelling profanities as though it were their living room. Third Scene is two teen Black Males giving each other shotguns of marijuana, notice the young one is showing 2 pairs of underwear with his trousers around his knees.
